01Is Invoice Maker Daily really free?
Yes. You can create and download invoices, quotes, estimates and receipts free every day: 2 a day without an account, or 5 a day with a free account. All invoice types, 12 languages, 20 currencies, your logo and every download format are included. Pro adds unlimited documents, premium designs, saved details and no ads.
02Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the generator and start straight away; your draft is saved in your browser. A free account raises your daily limit to 5, and Pro lets you save your businesses, clients and products.
03Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is one payment of £20 for 12 months, tax included, in your local currency. Nothing renews automatically and we email you before it ends. UK and EU customers can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
04Does it work in my country and currency?
Yes. Invoices can be written in 12 languages (with both US and UK English) and 20 currencies, with any sales tax or VAT rate and local date formats. We pick your country's language and currency for a new invoice, and you can change them in the invoice details.
05Can I add sales tax, VAT or GST?
Yes. Choose the Tax invoice type, set the rate on each line (any rate, for example 8.25% state sales tax, 19% German VAT or 10% GST) and add your tax ID. Tax is worked out per line and in the totals, and the invoice uses the right word for your language (Sales tax, VAT, MwSt. and so on).
06What is a CIS invoice?
It is for the UK Construction Industry Scheme. Mark each line as labour or materials and choose the deduction rate (20% registered, 30% unregistered, 0% gross, or your own). The deduction is taken from labour only, before VAT.
07Which formats can I download?
PDF (ready to email), Excel, CSV and PNG, or print it straight from the browser. Every format uses the design, language and currency you chose.
08Can I add my logo?
Yes, on every plan. Add a PNG or JPEG (up to 5 MB) in "From (you)" and it appears on every design. With Pro you can save it with each of your 5 businesses.
09Are my invoices stored on your servers?
No. Invoices you create stay in your browser and we never store their contents. Details you choose to save with Pro are kept in your account, and you can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.
10Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It works on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. On smaller screens, switch between Edit and Preview at the top of the form.
